She has successfully led initiatives in Mobile Financial Services and Digital Banking Strategy at First Bank, Nigeria, over the past decade, and significantly grew the card subscriber base and market share as the Head of Cards & Messaging Business.

Folasade is renowned for her commitment to fostering inclusive growth and empowerment, particularly for women and children, as evident through her extensive philanthropic endeavours and mentorship roles with organizations like Women in Management, Business and Public Service (WimBiz), the United States, White House Initiative – Academy for Women Entrepreneurs (AWE) and FirstBank Women Network. 

Folasade holds a wealth of accolades, including being honoured with the Outstanding Women in Management award by the United Nations Association in Nigeria and named one of the Top 50 Women in Management Africa by Women in Management Africa. She also recently served as the Vice Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Committee of eBusiness Industry Heads (CEBIH) and is a member of the Forbes Business Development Council.

Binta is an experienced Financial Services Executive and a Management Consultant with a demonstrated practical knowledge of the financial services value chain. She has over 33 years of experience in strategic leadership, wholesale and retail banking, wealth and fiduciary management, treasury marketing, and asset management and is the Chief Executive of BMG Seven Limited, a boutique Consulting Firm.

An astute board member, she also sits on boards of social impact organizations which enables her to deliver on her interest in female development. She was an Executive Council Member of Women in Business, Management & Public Service (WIMBIZ) where she chaired the Membership & Programs Committee for two consecutive terms, was the Chairperson of Stanbic IBTC Blue Women Network, Vice President of The Association of Corporate Trustees Nigeria, was voted in 2018 as one of Nigeria’s 100 Most Inspiring Women and in 2023 as one of Nigeria’s 50 Most Inspiring Women – 2023 by Business Day –Women’s Hub. She has also received various awards and recognitions from different organizations and bodies.

She was until 2022 an Independent Director on the Board of Access Pension Fund Custodian (a member of the Access Bank Group) where she was the Chairman of the Board Risk Management & Compliance Committee and a member of the Board Audit Committee; and until 31st December 2023 was on the Board of ChamsMobile (Chams PLC). She currently sits on the Boards of E-Tranzact Nigeria Plc, Nestle CPFA, The Goldcrest Family Centre – an NGO, is a member of the International Board of The Institute of Business Transformation Africa (IBT Africa), and is the newly appointed Independent Chairperson of the Investment Committees – Mutual Funds of the Coronation Asset Management Ltd.

Yetunde Bankole-Bernard is the Executive Director at Finchglow Holdings, a group of six companies in the Aviation, Travel, and Tourism industry, where she oversees Corporate Communications, Product Design, and Customer and Brand Experience.

With a professional journey spanning two decades, she has specialized in Brand Activation, PR and Media Relations, Sponsorship Leveraging, and Experiential Marketing. Her impressive portfolio includes working on multiple projects with multinational and premium brands such as British American Tobacco (Dunhill and Saint Moritz), Nigeria Breweries Plc (Heineken and Star), Unilever, Procter & Gamble, Nokia, MTN, NIBSS, and Oceanic Bank. Through these roles, she has consistently crafted compelling expressions that inform, educate, persuade, and distinguish brands.

Today, YBB – aka identity coach - also serves as the Chief Experience Officer at The YBB  Company, a Reinvention and Evolution agency. 

Her organization specifically works with individuals, Companies and Teams who desire to  define their message and tell their unique story from a place of differentiation, value,  resourcefulness and authenticity making them better equipped to be received, remembered and ultimately retained by their preferred audience.

Ms. Rabi Isma is an Independent Non-Executive Director on the Board of Stanbic IBTC. She was previously Director of HR Business Partnering & Health and Safety at Emerging Markets Telecommunications Services Limited (operators of 9Mobile). Prior to this, she had served in various roles as HR Consultant and Lead (international assignment) at Etisalat Sri Lanka; Director of Leadership and Organization Development at Etisalat Nigeria. Between 2011 and 2013, Ms. Isma also served as Special Adviser to the Governor of Kano State on matters relating to Non-Governmental Organizations, policy framework for investment and governance technical reform advisory.

Ms. Isma currently sits on the Board of ActionAid Nigeria, a non-profit organization focused on advancing human and reducing poverty levels and the Society for Corporate Governance of Nigeria. She is also a member of the Editorial Advisory Board, BusinessDay.
