Terms and Conditions

By your payment for this service, Parties;

1. Dr. Glory Edozien and 9to5Chick  (“the Academy”) (“we”, “us”, “our”) on the one hand and 
2. The Client ("you", "your", and "yourself") on the other hand 

Agree to abide and be bound by the terms stated herein 

Disclaimer 

Dr. Glory Edozien and 9to5Chick are not in partnership with any of the speakers in any business or joint venture capacity. 

The techniques, strategies, templates, edits and tools being utilized in this service are borne out of years of experience and proven results.

Service Package

Monthly Subscription - N10,000

Our Obligations 

Duty of Care

We undertake to exercise the utmost care and expertise in the performance of this service. 

No Guarantees

This service does not guarantee any specific results such as promotions, nominations and appointments. 

Financial Obligations

Except otherwise stated and agreed, full payment is a precondition to access to this service.

All payments are final and we maintain a No Refunds policy in all situations for this particular service.

License and Use

The video replay services offered and delivered are for your personal account and not to be used or shared to 3rd parties outside of this agreement. The only exception to this shall be in cases of group subscriptions and payments.

The sessions, templates, materials and drafts provided by us in this service are for personal use and are not to be commercialized, sold or repurposed for business presentations and any such manner for financial gain or otherwise without our consent .

Non-Disparagement 

Due to the subjective nature of the service, You agree that in the event of a dispute between the Parties on the results and output of the service, you will neither engage in any conduct or communications, public or private, designed to disparage nor cast the Academy and its representatives in a negative light.

Disputes & Governing Law

1. This Agreement shall be construed under and governed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria.

2. Any dispute relating to this agreement which cannot be resolved by Negotiations between the parties within Ten (10) working days of either party giving notice to the other party that a dispute has arisen shall be submitted to Mediation at the Lagos Multi-Door Courthouse .

3. Failing settlement at Mediation, either party shall refer the matter to be finally settled by Arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, Cap A18, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria LFN 2004(or any Statutory replacement thereof), by a sole Arbitrator appointed by the Chairman of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators UK Nigeria Branch. 

4. The Arbitration shall take place in Lagos, Nigeria and shall be conducted in English Language. The arbitrator shall have a maximum period of Fifteen (15) working days to resolve the dispute after the exchange of pleadings by the parties. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on all parties. 

5. There shall be no recourse to litigation.
