Speaker: Nadia Ahmed Abdalla

Activist, Communications Strategist and Global Speaker

Nadia Ahmed Abdalla is an inspirational African activist, communications strategist, international consultant and global speaker. At the age of 29, she served as the youngest Deputy Minister in the Ministry of ICT, Innovation, and Youth Affairs for the National Government of Kenya.

Nadia is a Global Advisory Board Member of the Youth Energy Summit, an Advisory Board Member of Arrowad Group, Councilor on the New Voice Council. Nadia actively champions the rights of children, teenage girls, youths, and young women and promotes diversity and inclusion rights in Kenya and Africa. She is the Chairperson of the NIvishe Foundation, the founder of Keya Ni Mimi and the founder of the Ndoto Halisi campaign. Nadia is also an author and has published two books, 'Feminist In Us' and 'Of Dreams and Whatever'.

Nadia holds a Bachelor's in Public Relations and Mass Communication, a minor in Journalism, and a Master's in Arts in International Relations and Cultural Diplomacy.

Speaker: Dr. Jumoke Aleoke-Malachi

Head of Talent Management at Wema Bank

Dr Jumoke Aleoke-Malachi is the Head of Talent Management at Wema Bank. Before that, she had previously worked as Senior Manager, People, Culture, Experience, and Operations at TVC Communications.

Voted as a LinkedIn Top Voice of 2023, named of the 100 Power Women in Nigeria in 2022, and recognized as one of the Top 50 Agile Leaders 2022, Jumoke is an experienced people practitioner and coach with certifications from International Scrum Institute, a full member (MMCD9) of the Mentority & Career Development Institute of Nigeria, an Emotional Intelligence Certified Specialist (EQCS), a Certified Career Development Coach (CCDC) from Holistic Coach Academy, Canada and she also has an Honorary Doctorate from Institute of Leadership Manpower and Management Development.

Dr Jumoke founded WorkplacewithJAM. She is also the convener of The Africa Employability Summit. She holds a degree in English from Babcock University and an MBA from Business School Netherlands.

Speaker: Priya Kartik

Tedx Speaker Coach, Harvard Business Review Advisory Council Member

Priya Katrik is a Forbes Coaches Council Member, TEDx Speaker Coach, Communication Strategist, Leadership and Cultural Consultant. She is the CEO of Enspire Academy, a professional and coaching program based in New Jersey, United States, designed to make success a habit for people and organisations.

With over 20 years experiences as a transformative communicator, Priya developed the "Enspire methodology" to transform individuals and and organisations into purpose-driven and success-obsessed creatures. Priya's electrifying personality and driven nature has taken her from a Lecturer of Mechanical Engineering at Hindustan University, India to a global public speaking and leadership coach who has succesfully coached mutliple TEDx speakers before massive global audiences and coaches high-level executives on business storytelling, creating high-performing organisational teams and strategic communications.

Priya is also a Harvard Business Review Council Member and a Forbes Content Writer.

Speaker: Fela Durotoye

CEO, Gemstone Group

Fela Durotoye is one of Africa's leading Executive Coaches, Global Speakers and a member of the Forbes Coaches Council. He is the Founder/CEO of The GEMSTONE Group, a Leadership Development Institution. With over 27 years as a nation builder and leadership expert, Fela is an accomplished author with best-selling books published on Amazon.

Fela is an Alumnus of the Kennedy School of Government Executive Education program of Harvard University. He attended the High Impact Leadership for a Better Society program at Yale and is a certified leadership coach of the John Maxwell Team. Fela is also a guest lecturer on Leadership at the Stanford University SEED program.

Fela is renowned for several history-making projects, including the Mushin Makoever Project which has been celebrated as the largest non-governmental urban renewal initiative in Africa's history. Fela graduated from Obafemi Awolowo Univeristy (OAU) with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Computer Science with Economics and a Master's degree in Business Administration (M.B.A) from the same institution.

Speaker: Osayi Alile

CEO of Aspire Coronation Trust (ACT) Foundation

Osayi Alile is the CEO of Aspire Coronation Trust (ACT) Foundation, a grant-making organisation established in 2016 to provide funding and support to local, national and regional non-profit organisations working to address social, economic and environmental challenges across Africa by supporting sustainable high-impact initiatives providing innovative solutions. She currently consults with Access Bank, and she was previously the Board Chair of Women in Management, Business and Public Service before becoming an Executive Council member, a role she currently occupies.

Osayi has over two decades' experience within the SME and Non-profit sector and she holds a degree in Public Administration from Rutgers University and executive certifications from LBS (NIgeria), IMD, Cranfield, Harvard University, and Yale.

Osayi volunteers as the Country Chair of Global Dignity and is extremely passionate about sharing her vision of women and youth empowerment, equality, digital transformation and creating a positive social impact across Nigeria and Africa.

Speaker: Niven Postma

Author, Global Speaker, Harvard Business Review and Inc. Africa Contributor

Niven Postma began holding executive positions at the age of 29. Before establishing her consultancy and pursuing a PhD in Organisational Behaviour, Niven held several notable positions, including CEO of the Businesswomen's Association, Head of Leadership and Culture for the Standard Bank Group, and Head of the SARB Academy at the South African Reserve Bank.

Niven is an expert on organizational politics. She authored and published a book in 2020 titled: 'if you don't do politics, politics will do you - A guide to navigating office politics ethically and successfully', which became a bestseller.

She is a global speaker, a respected contributor to Harvard Business Review and Inc., a part-time tutor at the Cambridge University Institute for Sustainability Leadership and a visiting lecturer at Henley Business School.

Niven is an experienced lecturer and facilitator on women's leadership development programmes globally, and is the Chair of the Board of Cotlands, a leading NGO involved in cutting-edge Early Childhood Development Initiatives in South Africa and across Africa.

Nkemdilim Uwaje Begho is a Global Speaker, Digital Transformation & Brand Marketing Expert and the CEO of Future Software Resources Ltd (Futuresoft), a leading digital and technology solutions company in Nigeria that provides various solutions to help African enterprises scale.

Recognised as an Obama African Leader, Forbes's Top Ten Female Tech Founders in Africa, Global Digital WOmen's TOp 10 Most Inspiring Women in Africa, Lionesses of Africa's Top 100 Women, and Ventures Africa's 42 most innovative Africans, Nkemdilim holds a B.Sc in Bioinformatics from Ludwig-Maximillians-Universitat Munchen plus multiple professional certifications from The Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland, High Performance Boards (IMD) and Harvard.

She is a Non-Executive Director of Novare Fund Manager, a Council member of Lagos State Science Research and Innovation Council, Advisory Board Member of GLT Magazine, Non Executive Director of Stanbic IBTC, and Board Member of Society for Corporate Governance Nigeria.
